At Certified Stone and Tile Care we also specialise in polishing and restoring kitchen countertops. Natural stone, especially certain types of marble, are very vulnerable to the natural acids in certain foods and the etching they leave behind doesn’t look very nice.

Kitchen countertops naturally come into contact with hard objects and get chipped and scratched. Many people think these need to be completely replaced, or polished out, or you just have to live with them, but it’s possible to carefully restore any kitchen surface to its past glory. When marble edges are damaged we carefully rebuild the corner to make it look like new.

We take existing kitchen tabletops and deep clean them. Then we polish them and restore them to make them look like new. After sealing they are naturally far more resistant to marking and etching, and will look great for many years to come. The process is much quicker and cleaner, and cheaper than completely replacing them.
